transfer/refund policy:

You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Cathy Douglas. Thirty (30) days prior to the event you may request a refund, less a $25 administrative fee per ticket, by logging back into your Eventbrite account and requesting a refund or by contacting Cathy Douglas at Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.

In addition to on-site breakfasts, breaks, and lunches, the all-inclusive conference price includes three unique and fabulous dinner experiences.

Wednesday, January 24

7–9 PM Enjoy dinner and refreshments at the old St. Paul’s Episcopal Church built in 1909 and repurposed as a cultural events center in the charming Century Heights neighborhood. 
Includes transportation – departing from Hilton Garden Inn.

Thursday, January 25

6:15-8 PM Dinner at Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park that opened in 1875. You’ll be in for a memorable evening in a very historic and intriguing space.
Includes transportation-departing from Hilton Garden Inn.

Friday, January 26

6-9 PM Reception and Dinner at Colorado River State Historic Park: A full-fledged Mexican Fiesta awaits you with margaritas, mariachis and merriment! (Walk from Hilton Garden Inn to Colorado River State Historic Park–located directly west of the hotel)

All Urban Waterfronts 2018 conference sessions will be held at the Pivot Point Conference Center at Hilton Garden Inn, located within the Yuma Crossing National Historic Landmark along the banks of the Colorado River. Hilton Garden Inn will be offering a room rate of $139/night. Call (928) 783-1500 and reserve your room under the "Waterfront Center Conference" room block. Deadline is January 8th, 2018 to receive the discounted rate.
